I would recommend in addition to The Fly Tier's Benchside Reference by Ted Leeson, Jim Schollmeyer their companion book

 

Tying Emergers: A Complete Guide also by Ted Leeson, Jim Schollmeyer

 

Believe it or not it covers material not found in the Benchside reference.
