Reuven I was introduced/recommended to Whiting by a big Whiting Variant Dealer that I've known for several years now. Whiting picks their pro-staff based on these recommendations and it's also dependant on the location you live in and your style of tying. This keeps the pro team members very special, diverse and Whiting is well represented. Whiting takes very good care of their pro team members!! I've really enjoyed my relationship with them. The really special part of being on the team is meeting other team members. When I went to Roscoe to tie I met a Whiting Team member from down Tony's way. I know a lot of the tyers from around here but being part of the Whiting team has exposed me to tyers from other areas of the country. I also met another Whiting team member from England while I was in Somerset this past November. I've experienced an unexpected bonus for being part of this team, the camaraderie, and that is really neat! Warm Regards, Deb
