I am not that keen on trout a bit bland for me, I prefer the saltwater specks

Birdie: What about the Fly Fishing in Britain????? Can't ya catch fish there and cook them yourselves???? Also, for anybody who knows (which is probably everybody but ME LOL).. What does trout taste like???? Say, as compared to Bluegills???? Sweeter???? Not as sweet??? Red meat?? White??? Oily flesh??? I can't even find any at the bigger markets here just to try... Cept the frozen saltwater, Specks, which I know what they taste like... Chuck

I was born here and have survived  54 years on the 12th March.
 
I have eaten in Paris, New York, Rome and Florida and come to think of it our food is crap, ok keep knocking.
