Chuck, I've had alot of luck catching flounder ( and reds) with a a small olive over brown clouser w/reg. lead eyes...not painted. Just cast towards the bank or, better yet, an exposed oyster bed and bounce it back on the bottom. Guess they think it looks shrimpy...   Steve
