Charity is not the reason I decline the cap. I wouldn't feel guilty taking it either, but the truth of the matter is that I just don't need another cap. SEVEN is PLENTY.  I have four that I've never even worn!  When I don't need something, it seems silly to me to get it, unless maybe it's another fly rod, or reel or fly box.  :-P
