Yeah.. These particular ones I bought at Wally World, last yr before I knew
how to tie them... And I think that wing(s) is what is making it spin.. And,
as luck would have it, I used to make hand made soap, and I would buy these
"shrink wraps" to seal the bars in. and I still have most of a 500 pack
left, and I think it I get a "wing cutter".. Or what I did was just cut it
in that "tear drop shape" lie the ones that came from Wal Mart.. There are
two wings, but they are stacked one on top of the other, like a fly with
it's wings drawn back... Cause My foam bugs that are similar shape and size,
but without the mylar wings don't seem to roll over like these do, Chuck
