I think I have one of them here if you don't get the picture you're looking
for I will take a shot of it and send it to you.  It has the triangle shaped
epoxy head that holds all the materials above the hook in a high tie shape
and is a relatively small hook for saltwater.  It's a great looking fly!
I'll try to get the camera out today for you.

Allan,

This fly is a clouser minnow tied with Polar Fibre.
The fly I am looking for does not have weighted eyes.
It is tied on a short shank hook #4.  That is actually
what I cannot remember.  It looks like it is Hi-Tied,
but it is not.  You taper the fibre and the epoxy the head
so it looks hi-tied.
