Move the background further away...about 6' or more. Open the
aperture up to f2 or the fastest opening on your lens. (Lower number,
faster the lens or larger the opening) If you use a flash, get a remote
flash/strobe to light the background when you click the shutter. That will
overpower the shadow from your camera mounted flash/strobe.
1. The faster opening will reduce the depth of field making the background
blurred, and
2. The remote strobe will eliminate any shadows that do show up by making
the background lighter than what the shadow would be.
