Nick I used to subscribe to Fly Tyer but dropped the subscription and purchased it at local magazine shops. I never used to get my subscription on time it seemed it would always arrive 6 to 8 weeks after it it the news stand. With so many great web sites out there it seems to me that most magazines are not worth the money. I find I am buying fewer magazines as time progresses. The reply I got was that they would extend the subscription, but this time they didn't want to give me a new date for the first one to arrive.   I replied that I wasn't asking for an extension. I just wanted my subscription to start with the issue that woke up my interest in the first place... but I never got a reply to that.   Is this (combined with the huge postage) just their way tell international customers to stick to their own magazines or do they treat domestic customers the same way?   /Nick
