Title: Meddelande
FF&FT arrives here 2 months after the subscription copies.....makes it hard but price is same. I do love F Tyer though...pics etc are great. I guess I like to hold something and then stick it on my shelf.

I used to subscribe to Fly Tyer but dropped the subscription and purchased it at local magazine shops. I never used to get my subscription on time it seemed it would always arrive 6 to 8 weeks after it it the news stand. With so many great web sites out there it seems to me that most magazines are not worth the money. I find I am buying fewer magazines as time progresses.

Subject: [VFB] Fly-Tyer magazine...

Has anyone but me had any problems with these people?

I subscribed in March and was asked to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery(?)...

10 weeks later I mailed them and told them that I hadn't got anything yet and their reply to me was to "wait until 6/17/06 at the latest for the first issue to arrive" (... which meant another 2 weeks)

Well, I waited and they failed to keep also that promise.

After 3 weeks another email was sent to them, asking WHY it had taken so long (after waiting for three months, I thought I was entitled to an answer) and asking if it would work the same in the future. They didn't want to answer the two questions. The reply I got was that they would extend the subscription, but this time they didn't want to give me a new date for the first one to arrive.

I replied that I wasn't asking for an extension. I just wanted my subscription to start with the issue that woke up my interest in the first place... but I never got a reply to that.

Is this (combined with the huge postage) just their way tell international customers to stick to their own magazines or do they treat domestic customers the same way?
