Terms like right and wrong are likely to create divison and argument.   Where we come unstuck is trying to define and agree what is right and wrong or indeed what is fly fishing and what is it not. We all have different opinions on the matter, all anglers choose to draw the line of what they will use to fish or not.

The similar arguments arose when nymph fishing was introduced.. dry fly purists poo pooed it .. said it wasnt fly fishing and should be banned... (some of them because it was too effective).

 Lets steer clear of trying to put any form of fishing above another..
