Jimmy,

How can you savor the delicate nuances of a fresh-caught trout of any kind if you drown it in habernero sauce (also known as battery acid)?  LOL :oP   Might as well use Wal Mart frozen cod fillets.

Thirty years ago when we first moved to Wyoming, Cheryl & I caught some brook trout in Yellowstone and cooked them over a campfire for dinner.  All we had was some salt and butter, but we both remembr tham as the best fish we have ever had in our lives.

Yeah, I know.  But technically, a steelie is a sea-going Rainbow, right?  Ergo, it is a trout.  I accept your rebuke, for I don't normally call them trout either.   Twenty lashes across my nose with a big Steelie filet, basted with straight Habanero sauce. :-P

Jimmy,
First off please don't refer to Steelhead as, "Quote", "the best tasting trout". Steelhead is Steelhead, will also except, Steelie, Metal head or winter or summer chrome.
