Thankfully, I don't have a problem with deer hair when I'm tying.   But I
gave up deer
hunting several years ago after I sneezed and wheezed my way thru the
skinning
of the eight pointer I had killed.  Same problem with rabbits.  Much to the
disappointment
of my male Springer.  He's crazy about rabbits.
