Huge feathers..Anyway, what I did (for now, till I can get some advise) is cut the wings loose from the body at the shoulders, put the meaty end in a gallon zip lock, bought three boxes of tablesalt and poured it in the bag, filling it past where any raw meat was sticking out.. What should I do now???
