BTW.. My Great Grand Daddy, Grand daddy, Daddy all told me that the best fishing is three days before and three days after a full moon... And, I have found it (usually) to be pretty true for me.. What do ya'll say??? Chuck
Personally, I say the best fishing is any day I get to go.
One of the best days I had this Summer was in late September. Beautiful day. Gorgeous day. Just downright simply a GLORIOUS day on the water. And nope, I didn't get a single strike! But that's the day i remember best this year.
I had some "catching" days, but none of them were as nice as that "Fishing only" day.
