Charlie, go to your local council Scout Office and buy a Fly Fishing Merit
Badge book. This will tell you what the Scouts are required to do to get
the badge and you can taylor your presentation accordingly. If your
Scout office is far away, let me know and I'll get one here at our office
and mail it to you.

I am giving a presentation on fly fishing/tying to our local boy scouts
and I know some of you guys have already done this. What are the major
points I should hit on with my presentation.
