You also should look at powdecoating then a clear glaze.

Does anyone here use an Airbrush?    If so can you recommend a very good
beginner airbrushing kit or let me know what to avoid?  There seems to be a
very wide price range on Ebay and I've never used one before but would like
to try it out on a couple of small  projects.   Not for a larger surface
than say 11X14 but one that can handle small detail also.
