Jerry: Thanks for the info.. See, we have had lady bug "swarms" around here the last few years, and I was gonna make some in that color, shape etc..Maybe they could be done by gluing on the bottom.. lay in the legs, then glue in the top, and "clamp" it with a clothes pin, or electrical "alligator clip" to hold the halves and legs in place till the glue dries.. They come out by the MILLIONS..It's usually from about Sept till about the first hard freeze in about December.. The extension offices say they did NOT release them, but they are coming from some where, and I assume they would be great fisg bait (or flies) cause it has been several years and they get knocked into the waters here as well..Any other areas of the country have this lady bug problem??? The ppl here who live in, or have visited Florida when the "Love Bugs" come out, the lady bugs here are THAT bad...You don't dare yawn cause they taste horrible LOL....Chuck

Thanks, Chuck The ones I've tied. I glued the bottom on and let it set up then glued the top. The guy who showed me, after he glued the bottom on he laid the legs across the top of the shank, before gluing the top piece on. I couldn't get the legs to go in the direction I wanted, so I threaded them through with a needle. I think I did glue two together, but the hot needle didn't work. I may have to give that another shot.
