My Camera(a Sony DSC-H2) .. Is NOT a DSLR (which would have cost hundreds of dollars more, to "what you see it what you get" Like Allan speaks of, but does have an LCD viewfinder which acts the same way in that what the camera's lens sees if what I see, Chuck

>Hey Rene,
Try looking at the Pentax Optio,

Be sure it's the Pentax Optio WP. The WP stands for "Waterproof".

The plain Pentax Optio is $100 less, but is not waterproof.

It gets good pictures, but I don't like composing the picture on the
screen. I prefer one that has an
eye-level view finder. That's just my own personal opinion. But
you've got to remember I'm an old dog and can't learn new tricks.
(SHADDUP CHUCK & JESTER & DONO & JIMMY &........oh well.......you all
don't have to rub it in!!)

The Pentax Optio does NOT have the capabilities of the Fuji 5700. It
has the advantage of being much smaller and fits nicely into a pocket
of your fishing vest. I have one and always take it when I'm in a
fishing situation. For all other pictures, I use a 'bigger' camera.
