The camera Allan is referring to is the same camera Splinta and I had on the
cape when you were there. It does have a macro on it for taking pictures
of flies. I've used it at fly shows but at home I use my Nikon 995. You can
put the camera under water to take pictures of the fish. I'd recommend it
for your fishing camera.

Deb

Sorry for the empty post, I've got new glasses...

I have basically similar plans.
The new digital is not primary for fishing, but for traveling, for flies
(It has macro and super macro capabilities). I plan to purchase a second
digicam samehow later, for fishing and outdoor. This will be a very low
prices thing, small, fits into fishing vest etc. Maybe waterproof.
But now I'm looking for a bigger one with more pfotographic capabilities.

Thanks

Rene
