Llama hair rope-dubs perfectly, and can be used for wet or dry applications.
There used to be a guy selling it commercially, in many dyed and blended
colors.

I don't think this is him, but I would first check with Byard to see if he
can get it for you.

Llama will make a streamer wing, but other materials are better suited,
IMHO, like the Icelandic sheep that Byard carries.
