We just this week booked a trip to Alaska for August 2008 for 1/2 price. The deal is ABC RV & Auto Rental out of Anchorage, every October they have a special for set dates for the following year, the shoulder season, no July for 1/2 price deal and it's unlimited mileage.
At the same time Alaska Airlines has a sale on flights for about the same time period, or orbitz.com has some nice pricing as well. So for $2500 this family and a couple of friends are heading west for 2 weeks to fish. What should we bring for flies, and has anyone been up there or from there? Peggy B
