If you don't have a shop or class near by try one of these three DVD's,
Classic Wet flies by Don Bastian, tye up six of each and you'll be up to
speed by the end of the DVD, also I've had Tying Classic Salmon Fly by Mike
Radencich a 2 DVD set on techniques and a fully dressed Jock Scott from
start to finish. And I just picked up a Stack Scoville Tips for Tying
Better Classic Atlantic Salmon Flies at the International, any of these
three should be able to get you started, I used Don's DVD to learn Wet Flies
which are a art that won't die, and can take some nice trout.
