thanks for the data, I tried it at several shops here, but they didn't
carry it. And the price listed on abe books is too large/high (??) for me.
Anyway, I have my pattern and finally managed to ty the first one with
an reasonable shape <G>. The trickiest point is to work with the raffia.
The trick was to split it into very small strips, moisten it and wrap it
twice on the hook. Still on sz. 10 hook, have to work my way down now to
18 <G>.

Has anybody experience in working with raffia or can point me to some
web sites?
