Hey Charles,
The key that maybe isn't clear is to export as a QuickTime movie and 
then you get QuickTime Movie Settings Dialog where you will be able 
to video as MPEG-4.  You have to have at least QuickTime 6 
installed.  Cinepack is super old and really inefficient.
