Well I took home how to fix my site. Check it out. No auto downloads.  
Fast load the whole site. And all now open in QuickTime Player. A way  
better solution than embedded in the page or in another browser page.  
Now my viewers have total control over window size and placement  
while they read the text on the site.

I am totally stoked. Anyone want the code? It's even simpler than  
that given on the example page.

Thanks to Eric Rice I think who sent that page to us during the  
FlashMeeting. i gotta say it is hard to understand why the  
FlashMeetings aren't always full to capacity. These 1300 members have  
no idea the kind of history they are missing out on. I thought  
today's meeting was a gas.
