No video on Firefox or IE on WinXP.  I'm at the extra-quick office internet connection too.  It looks like Win Media.

I love the idea of interactivity in video.  Have you seen Adrian Miles work with it?

Probably the 1st interactive vlog, I'd think.  He made a thingy called Rhizome (in action at <URL: http://www.transoceanicmonitoring.org/blog/rhizome/gallery.php > )

Anyhow, get that thing working!  I love cooking and I love interactive video, so I may be your perfect target audience.
