Are you sure nothing happened? When you put in the serial it just starts being pro without notification or anything. Try opening QuickTime and clicking QuickTime Player up on the top. If Buy QuickTime Pro is greyed out (thus unclickable) then you are the proud owner of Pro. This is, of course, assuming you are running on a mac.
