blogging and webcam darknets are different things.
i dont foresee many videoblogs being created to offer the same kind of on demand sex vices that streaming webcams provide.
they may offer access to a password protected vodcast channel without a videoblog, though even that may not be logical to the perverts who run these businesses. if they are going to provide pre-recorded videos for download... they could just sell access to secure ftp/web servers and/or dark p2p networks.
of course, i am talking of illegal activities such as this article delves into.
the adult porn industry is not illegal and they may very well start offering fee-based vodcasts and videoblogs.
on the other hand, anyone who is a fan and 'collector' of the type of illegal content mentioned in this article could re-distribute the images and video clips that they capture from the webcams and setup a vodcast to share with others. but why bother when there are other more secretive ways to aquire those files?
so, i see that yes the medium we use for vodcasting and videoblogging can technically be used in such illegal ways... obviously. but i dont see the logic in it, therefor I dont see an epidemic forthcoming. i hope i am correct.
