Honestly, for most video playback without significant contention for main memory, that setup is more than adequate, especially if there's a reasonably large amount of main RAM. I use my laptop as a media center PC hooked up to my LCD HDTV, and it has "64 MB of pure crap Intel onboard shared video memory".
