VideoEgg has some nice simple editing tools, but to my knowledge they
only support 2min. uploads at this time (will likely change in the
future).

I know of some other web-based editing tools that will be released
soon, but can't really talk about them till they launch.

But, unfortunately you'd still have to edit, right? You have to look
through the footage and select the clip you want no matter how easy
the interface may be. Not sure how that decision can be totally
automated for you (even though I've seen editing tools that try to
make those decisions more automatic).
