Hey, This is very strange. What's wrong with a video/mp4 mime type for a .m4v file exactly? As I understand it "video/mp4" and "video/x-m4v" are both acceptable mime types for a .m4v file.
I think this is just FeedBurner being wacky. Do you have any special settings on your SmartCast that would prvent a video/mp4 file from being included?
