In my experience your best bet with this topic is still to read a book. As
a videobloggers more legislations than copyright are important. Trademark
and privacy laws are pretty darn important too. Buying a used college text
book on mass media law is a really good idea. Just make sure it covers all
the legal areas and that it's post-DMCA.
