I just played your December 17th video and it ran fine. 15fps ~ 500 kbps data rate Sorenson Video 320x240
I don't know what you mean by slow download time, but the only thing you can do about that is A) change the length of the video or B) lower the data rate so there's less information for the video to download to the viewer's computer. I don't know why you're using Sorenson.
