I just played your December 17th video and it ran fine.

~ 500 kbps data rate

I don't know what you mean by slow download time, but the only thing
you can do about that is A) change the length of the video or B) lower
the data rate so there's less information for the video to download to
the viewer's computer.

I don't know why you're using Sorenson.  You might be better off with
H264 compression, in which case, you'd be able to lower the data rate
and keep your video quality.
