wow...thanks for the quick response @ bill When i say slow download time, i'm basically saying when click the image to begin playback it takes forever to load and view (like i'm on dial up or something) unlike some other videocast i've watched and or "clicked to play" and it begins while the progress bar is showing the video loaded in seconds. My sorenson use came from an apple guru. I'll try the h264. Thanks again.
