No, mine doesn't have that feature but I can see where that might be 
useful. I have used it to shoot myself, and it works very well for 
that too. Mine is pretty simple; a collapsible pole that you can 
mount a camera on. It's not just useful as a light weight and very 
mobile camera stabilization tool, but also it can be used to get 
over the heads of crowds or just really high angles.
