I don't speak up much here, and have to incriminate myself as one of Quirk's friends from the start - but have to say I almost precisely agree. (as long as speaker's corner exists in the UK, I can't condemn it). We all have the right to say what we want, where we want, when we want - as Americans. The joy here, is that thankfully, as you all have proven - he's picked the wrong venue for his wool/eye pulling. At least he's leveraging his voice in an environment that isn't welcoming - and one that quite frankly would burn him at the steak more likely than to share a steak with him. And serious props to Hudak and the folks at Blip for leaving it alone, and allowing the wild wild web to do what it does best - be itself.
