Hello All, I have been sent a short video from a faculty member called 'Schoolyard Habitats' from the National Wildlife Federation on tape that she claims is not copyrighted, and she wants it put on DVD. Interestingly, it has the 'R' in a circle registered trademark right after the title, but no regular copyright claim. Can this be done? Val

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition,bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions.
