Unless it specifically says it is under creative commons, or in some other way indicates that copyright is being waved, it is copyrighted. You don't need a symbol for something to become covered by copyright (anymore). mb

Interestingly, it has the 'R' in a circle registered trademark right after the title, but no regular copyright claim. Can this be done?
