Thanks I would think that would be the policy. Is there a standard fee? Good packing and insurance do cost. As a practical matter it is hard to get reliable insurance on damage. Usually anything past $100 ( the standard) and UPS.FX & USPS will balk. To me the key is good packing and tracking.
