Fine, but you would have to do a fair bit of work. Also, if there were three
related tips, you would have to put different text in each of the three
tips.
I'm happy if we do not implement {{Related}} now or ever, but it would be a
lot easier to use because you could put a very simple line - like
{{Related|10|20|30}} - in each related tip (the same line in each). Let's
wait until there is a demonstrated need before implementing {{Related}} -
it's just an idea now.
Categories are meant to achieve the same thing.
