Wikia has a wiki-to-blog feature, so if you wanted to post a featured
tip each day on the wiki, you could send it to the blog which lets
people subscribe by RSS or email.

Let me know if this would be helpful. Another option is to use the
featured article API to extract this information from the wiki.
