I get "Spell checking is not enabled".  Did you do ":set spell"?

Using the cursor only selects another entry, it doesn't insert it.  Use
Enter to insert the match (original text).

Others would like to get the first item, which 9 out of 10 times is the
correctly spelled word.  Can't please everybody.
