I never thought such a thing (that is, "you cannot do something")
would be possible with Vim.

Oh, you may change the mapping, or maybe make another one, to include a count. But what to do with map sections whose names are not digits? (e.g. section n as in "man n uuencode"). OTOH you can use ":Map n\ uuencode" or maybe "Map n\\\ uuencode" and get it.
