Adding remarks to scripts would be nice. The big problem is abuse.
This is daily life for everybody running a wiki-like page. So how would
you avoid abuse?
Remarks can be useful, but also can be useless or wrong. We would also
need a rating on the remarks...
Perhaps we could leave the remarks on the Vim tips site, and only allow
users to add links to tips. There often is a relation anyway.
