You'd better not be proposing globally eliminating the "Pattern not found"
message unless verbose>=1.  That your favorite plugin isn't working they
way you want is no reason to mess things up for everyone else.  I *want* to
see a Pattern Not Found message during my workflows.  If I press "/foo" and
there's no 'foo' in my buffer, vim should tell me that.  If I do
"%s/foo/bar/g" and there's no 'foo', vim should tell me that.  I doubt I'm
in the minority here.  And I don't want to have to also have to see a
hit-enter prompt every time the viminfo is written (which is what would
happen if I have to set verbose=1 to get around this patch).
