Actually, because Vim on Windows rejects any fonts which don't have
the "Fixed pitch" flag, setting guifontwide doesn't even work with the
stock fonts (at least, with the set that I have on my PC, which I
expect are relatively typical).

Correction on that, the redraw bug I thought I saw with my patch
doesn't appear to be a bug with the patch. So at this point in time, I
am unable to demonstrate any issues with my patch. Obviously, if
someone can point out an issue that I can reproduce, I'll do my best
to fix it.
