in version.h
#define VIM_VERSION_BUILD                280

This also looks odd:
#define VIM_VERSION_BUILD_BCD           0x118

unless "stringified" somehow, it's equal to 280.  If it's really intended to be 
binary coded decimal, it would be 0x280, I'd have thought.
