Not once committed to the server...

So, to make sure we get this right, this script can be executed on a
clean clone of the current Mercurial repository, and, if everything goes
well, commited and pushed back to Google code.  That is, it can be done
before doing the export to github.  Right?
So, I could actually run it any day.
