It looks that the Athena and Motif part, which corresponds to x11_color_name_decoding.patch, is missing from this patch, while the part corresponding to gtk_color_name_decoding.patch is included. But I believe that's due to your wise judgement. I'm now feeling that I forgot to correct some part of the Motif code. To confirm that, I'm now installing the Motif library on my Mac. So, please put off the inclusion of x11_color_name_decoding.patch till I've done the check. I'll report back as soon as I get a conclusion.
